How it works

  1. Create account

    Create the account you will use to sign in inside the Windows app. Hosted access is subject to a rolling daily usage limit.

  2. Download

    Download the ZIP, extract it, then run YARNESH-Setup.exe. YARNESH lives as a small orb above your taskbar.

  3. Sign in and speak

    Sign in inside the app with the same credentials, then say “YARNESH” or press Ctrl + Alt + Y to start a command.

What can YARNESH control?

YARNESH can open and operate Windows apps, navigate websites, click and type, run commands, and read or write local files to carry out your instructions. Actions run directly, so give clear requests and review the result.

Which Windows versions does YARNESH support?

YARNESH supports 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11. Voice control also requires a working microphone.

Can I use YARNESH without voice?

Yes. Click the conversation card or press / while the orb is focused to type a command. Ctrl + Alt + Y starts listening or stops the current task or spoken reply.

Do I need my own Anthropic API key?

No key is required when you use a hosted YARNESH account. Advanced users can also configure their own Anthropic API key locally.

Does YARNESH work offline?

Speech recognition, the default voice, and saved routines run locally. Commands still need an internet connection to Claude, through your hosted account or your own Anthropic API key.

How do I stop a task?

Click the stop button on the orb or press Ctrl + Alt + Y while YARNESH is working or speaking. This stops further work; actions already completed are not undone.
